Could have been better if my Internet did not keep Crashing
Great course ,lots of information.
Enjoyed the format of the course with questions part way through as well as at the end. Missed maybe the practical application of someone showing me how to lift and me getting some practice lifting correctly under supervision.Which cant be done with a course online.

Communicated the 'golden rules' of manual handling in a short, compact course with excellent visual aids.
