Too many videos. Death by videos Maybe tailor the course to individual needs, by having a question session prior to starting the course, then the delegate focuses on the points got wrong in initial test

Super course
The course was easy to understand and the presenter was interesting to listen to., I liked the real life examples of how to lift objects. I find it much easier to learn this way and retain the information. Much nicer than just reading the information.
