Good
Was really good, done lots of manual handling in younger life with out the correct procedures. Back started getting sore so a massage i seen a massage therapist, which basically ran me through this course

Good short course
Very quick course to do, most of it being general knowledge and good to be drilled in so you have no serious injuries due to poor posture and bad technique.
Common sense, and no option to skip!
Much of the information is simple common sense, good to be reminded, but fairly long, with no option to skip to the next video, or read the notes, without listening. a 35 ism minute course could be done in 10/15 minutes. Perhaps also some practical examples or demonstration of an abnormal load, would be good for some people.
