Very good information
Clear instruction on safety when having to preform manual handling tasks.
The content was easy to follow and easy
The sections in this course are straight forward and full of useful information. It does not take a lot of understanding with the spoken word and showing the actual movements/positions being discussed. It is flexible so you can stop and start easily, go back and check things out and complete the task in a reasonable time limit.
