Very interesting and useful.
A very essential course
I appreciated this course because I learned several useful lessons. One example is, even though I was aware of lifting goods close to my body, I used to bend my back to reach a package on the floor instead of bending my knees. The whole course was well presented while the demonstrations provided clarity.
