As a previous manual handling instructor for the NHS, although I appreciate this training needs to be kept up to date, there should be an option to take the quiz first. If the person the fails, they would have to watch the training and update their knowledge, opposed to having to watch a load of information I know inside out and then pass the test at 100%

Course was a very informative one and it creates more awareness on the risks that tasks that we carry out on a daily basis can have.
A very clear and concise coarse
Maybe turn the volume down on the special effects . Am not sure if these were when the arrow appeared or at some other point when the volume was annoying.
