A very informative and helpful course that will improve manual handling tasks both inside and outside of the office.

Because i am anxious about using computers i got in a flap doing the quiz. it seemed to take me a long time but i made it. I do not use a computer at work and Ann will sort me out if need be. All i want to do is prepare work as fast as possible which i am good at.
