Clear and precise
Very clear and easy to follow.
Useful and not patronising like others
Some courses like this I have done in the past treated its users as if they were not capable of lifting a pen but this course was easy to understand, not patronising and made me aware of certain bad habits.

Some unnecessary segments that offer little value. Also I dont believe the statemen that Back Injuries are caused by repeated poor practice, this intimates that doing it wrong once is not going to cause injury.

This was a very useful course to highlight the common pitfalls of manual handling process and highlight the correct methods that should be used. I believe this will help a lot of us avoid injuries when completing a manual handling process.
