Good course really useful to understand
Really good informative course that will, if you take serious notice of all points raised, prevent you from injuring yourself due to manual handling, no good completing the course and forgetting what you have learnt, you will only have yourself to blame.
Good basic reminder of Manual Handling
Good reminder to not slip back into bad habits. Very useful as a refresher course.
