I have participated in many relevant, appropriate and interesting staff development sessions over the years. Do this online session is inferior and totally not required for my role.

Good insight into the proper way to lift
in all it gave me a good knowledge of manual handling but qe know that in real time sometimes we have to adjust ourselves to the object that we're lifting & the correct way gies out the window
