Some very good advice and guidance on lifting heavy or uneven shaped loads. Also, check the route you're taking and how to lift safely to avoid injury.

Good content and delivery
Informative, direct and to the point and as a former Instructor of Manual Handling Training I was more than happy with the course content. In all honesty, I personally preferred the Group sessions as there is no correctional capability if participants are adopting poor techniques or bad practice. I appreciate this is difficult in the current climate.
