Informative practical advice
Good videos with attachments to download for ongoing reference.
Unnecessarily long, repetitive
I appreciate the effort gone into making this and am grateful for that effort but I found this to be so long-winded. Could this not have been put into a single video with the pertinent bits; short and sweet? Rather than make me sit through how to use a trolley?! Also, does anyone seriously scope out their route when carrying a box? Or do they take the temperature of parts of the route as the video suggested? I think a lot of this could be skimmed down to the undoubtedly useful and pertinent bits that someone may genuinely need.
Great training
Broken down into bite sized pieces, this manual handling training was effective. The length of the training was just right and contained all relevant information.

I will definitely be mindful about the way I lift loads and will carry out a LIte assessment before carrying out and moving loads. The Power Zone was of interest and made a lot of sense. Good course.

Straight forward and easy to understand
The guy in the video explained everything nice and easy so that you can understand what he was saying , no trick questions would definitely recommend this manual handling course on line
