Easy to follow and understand
I found the course very easy to follow and understand. Videos with all the information you need and easy to follow.
A Useful Reminder
At the age of 71 I have heard most things before (!) but it is useful to be reminded, and something that I need to take into account more as I get older. I have already looked up some exercises to avoid problems.
