Very practical and the advice was easy to remember with good use of visuals and acronyms.
Good visuals, not difficult
Some questions seem a bit daft/irrelevant. It’s annoying how you have to press next and then press play as well on the video, too many ‘clicks’ to do.

Great overview
It's important to lift correctly as you inevitably need to do this in your work. I feel it should be supplemented by some training in the real world, but that's obviously for my company to do, not for you.
