It was very comprehensive
The visual support slides were useful in showing how to lift safely. The information on the mechanics of the back were explained simply and a highly relevant part of understanding WHY manual handling is so important. Overall, the training was very digestible and clear.
Clear and concise
Works well as an introductory course. Bite size chunks are too many (36) around a third of that would be better. I'm used to adding a practical section to the training when I've done this before Staff will find it a little patronising

Allowed me to up date my knowledge . This is very helpful useful training i look forward to recieving more training and tests to do .
Very well explained
in my previous job as a postman I had a similar course. As I'm 68 years old I appreciate this course to refresh my memory.
