The course was informative and interesting. The sections were short and to the point. this was a valuable refresher course and I will use his knowledge within my dily life and when undertaking manual handling tasks.

A well presented course, easy to follow.
A very helpful and informative course that was easy to understand and follow. Being able to stop and go back to where you had left off at any time was a bonus and following the course did not become a bore. I think I have learnt something useful.
