These courses are perfect for everyone, especially needed for youngsters who think they know everything until it goes wrong.
This is just common sense
With any common sense, this training is not really useable….for warehouse workers, not office workers….it does make some sense. Glad to participate.

Learning new stuff
Very informative.
I felt this explained everything very well. I didn't realise how many things I do wrong when lifting heavy objects until completing this course. Although much of it is common sense you don't always take the time to assess the situation properly every time you pick up something heavy. I will definitely be giving it more thought in future.
