Very informative

Very informative, visual aids.

Very informative training session. Visual aids were much needed, made it much easier to digest the information and take everything on board. Would recommend.

Informative

The course was informative and easy to follow, only problem I had, was my system buffering on each new section, so course took 85 mins instead of the 35 mins

vital to any work place

A very important course to take annually . It highlights the problems that can occur in an every day scenario within the workplace regardless of task.

Very clear

A serious subject was made more interesting by the presentation, without excessive repetition, unlike the DSE course.

Very informative worth doing

I thought the course was very informative and worth doing. The man who was running it was very clear. The only reservation I have is that he looked like he needed a shave and his hair looked dirty.

excellent

interesting, clear, understandable

Good

As someone who suffers with long term back pain I found this informative, especially the first part detailing how the spine, tendons, ligaments, discs and muscles all interact. The cutaway and 3d modelling were pretty slick also. Later, to be honest I found the course a little tedious, but I think that is because I am more well versed in minding my back than your average Joe. The manual handling course was far better than the 'lone working' course. In hindsight that was quite sexist an far less applicable to my self. I thought that lone working would include elements of not taking risks overreaching etc to reduce the likelihood of lone trips, falls and injuries.
