Good course, very informative. The downloadable information documents at the relevant stages were really useful and a good idea. One suggestion, once the test has been completed, make a full course download or summary of information available to the candidates. Something to download and keep for future reference from the full course not just key areas. Candidates can then choose to save/print/disregard as applicable once the course has been completed. But this would show the employer the enthusiastic ones who have downloaded the notes for reference and those who have not bothered and almost gone through the motions of the course.

Learn about your posture and how important to aware your back. Manual handling is no just for work it is also good for your everyday life.
