This course has refresh me a lot
At times we do have to rush at work but one have to remember safety for our self and others must be number priority. So thanks for this refresher
a good overview
generally good. A couple of points – you mention the 2 stage lift but this isnt demonstrated and i cant see how you would put something on a shelf from a ladder without twisting so it would be good to include this. Also im not sure the line about avoiding the task by asking someone else to do it is that helpful. In our work place after the training last time we had some unhelpful but healthy people refusing to lift things which just meant someone else had to do it
