Not very relatable

although this demo is very informative, it lacks in realism. working in a warehouse myself and how we go about daily practice, no one will ever have the time to practice lifting stuff before they pick it up and carry on with their task. the lady said u should test every box to see if u can lift before you pick it up. with the time constraints we work to as a company, this would never be possible. it was informative on how to lift to avoid injury (which I appreciate), but thats all…

Info was good

To long

Applies to office work and warehouse work, but not too much to construction work where the workload is a lot heavier and demanding

Really Useful

Thank you, this training was very useful and informative.

Too long and repeats a lot of information.

comprehensive

informative for all manual handling

Good general introduction to manual handling

I thought it was a really good general introduction and particularly on the long term effects on health. However there were several points I think could have been highlighted: 1. If using pallet trucks, roll cages etc then safety footwear with toecap protection should be worn. 2. If doing a lot of manual handling then safety gloves should be worn to improve grip and help with hand fatigue. 3. There are different recommendations as to the maximum weight the men or women according to the HSE guidelines. This wasn't referenced at all in the video. Please note that I have a background in the H&S industry so I'm probably looking for too much detail or that these points may be covered in other training. I would stress that other than these points I thought it was a very good video.
