Easy to follow and understand
Applying LITE is very helpful. Try to avoid manual handling and use mechanical if possible. Great lessons learnt

We do this course yes ,but our employers when alerted about those rish don't take it in consideration when we do make them aware of the load and risk to carry heavy loads
