WE have to do these courses but they are patronising and have smug people leading them. Not very helpful and not relevant to my job on the whole

Very practical
A good piece of training. It’s well put together, clear, and very practical. I think it has a lot of information that colleagues would find very useful. I did.
Very Informative
I found this a very worthwhile course as it has taught me some specific items that I was not aware of in regards to working alone and keeping myself (and others) safe. It will certainly make me more aware and to step back and think when I am working alone and in customers houses.
