I found the course very good, much of it is common sense but well worth revisiting and noting especially the safety aspect.

covers a lot of ground in a short time.
A good course that is comprehensive and in many way formalizes common sense. The videos are a little too quick when trying to make notes so repeated some of them to ensure all information was understood. The bystander effect additional video was extremely useful and should be added to it rather than optional.
