I've done online training for several years some good some bad, this one was probably the best i've every done. Straight forward, no waffling and you learn what is relevant to you.

Covered all main aspects
Excellent as a beginner course, good refresher. No trick questions which is nice. At least one question covering non-essential information e.g. regarding colour of DoLS forms but otherwise all good.
Too much information.
There is a lot of information in there that as a support worker I do not need to know. I am not going to be applying for DOL on behalf of anyone. Support workers just need to know the basics not which forms to fill in or in how many days etc. We need a simple basic one that gives us what we need to know.
