Extremely important
This was an interesting topic since I had no idea what it was, but now I do being more self aware of anything and how to mainly control it and the types of people who are mostly affected by this disease. I was also very surprised to see that I got 100% on the test which was very simple and easy to complete and read.

Audio quality very poor
I am currently working from home but have a good internet connection, the audio quality was very poor, the speech was broken and sometimes the video had to be replayed.

confusion!
Training suggests that Legionella is dormant below 20deg C but the test suggests that it killed at that temperature.

wording in tests
some of the wording in the test could of been better. as a qualified plumber by trade when doing regular temperature checks its best to test these at outlets rather than by the cylinder. you'd mostly check the temperature at the cylinder if there was something wrong with the cylinder thermostat to check its operating correctly and what the temperature is at the cylinder isn't always what is at the outlet due to temperature loss through the system.
