Learnt a lot about legionella
It was a new learning which I was not much aware of
unavailable hse addtl content videos
I was told by the course that I could review sections if not sure but I found I could not get back to the test to re-do it. Also In section 2.1 (How to stop it) – Additional content, takes you to hse.gov.uk site,if you want to click on them but the training videos do not work unless you have Flash 9, which not everyone has. The cold water video is very short and there are hardly any words least of all an explanatiion , probably needs updating. Also The hot water & TMV videos did not work at all. I just thought it would be helpful to tell you to help others. I if these videos are available some other way I would really like to see them. Thank you.

was ok could of been better
The videos was easy to follow could of been longer with more information and not quick bullet points. More examples of what to look for on tanks actual images of common rust points, good and bad maintained systems would of been help full. The course content needs more Information overall.
