A good course that gives a guide to ladder safety for my role as someone who uses ladders in work not on a regular basis but sometimes uses lower level ladders from time to time.

This section helps a lot about using ladders, how to correct the misuse of types and ladder and the proper way of storing them.
Fine
Generally very useful, but in the test you ask a question about how often ladders on scaffolding should be checked that I am convinced you do not specifically mention in the course.
