very rigid questions

the question does belly breathing help you. personally no it doesnt, not in a hur dur who needs that. I have struggled with anxiety in the past and no it doesnt do much for me. the whole questions felt very guided and not very inclusive of peoples individual experiances

Really Good & Informative

I thoroughly enjoyed the training provided! The sessions were incredibly informative, covering all the essential topics in a clear and engaging manner. The trainers were very easy to watch and i enjoyed the fact that you changed trainers on every video. Thank you for such a well-organized and enriching program!

Basic but good

The course was rather too basic for me but was presented clearly and sympathetically. I found the extra resources useful and will try doing the Wellbeing Action Plan, as well as checking out some of the resources in the wellbeing document. Thank you.
