informative, efficient and important
I enjoyed this training module as it highlighted areas of my homeworking that may lead to poor posture etc I hadn't realised how much my own working conditions can have a detrimental effect. After completing this module I have rearranged my workspace so as to allow for maximum effectiveness and to ensure good posture and safer working conditions

Good course but don't let the app close
It was a good course and covered everything that I thought it should do-my only issue that is if the app closed when I was nearer the end of the longer videos I had to watch the entire video again completely-this happened several times which nearly made me give up with frustration
Most of it was common sense
Good quick refresher course to bring your head back into thinking about your own Health and Safety remote working. Glad I did the course.
