I understand this course takes elements of existing courses we also have to do, sometimes very recently, and repeats them which makes it far too long and some of the contents could be seen as patronising and not all are appropriate, eg how to lift a box, how to deal with visitors to your home

A lot of repeated information from other courses and irrelevant to working at home. Slips and trips, lifting, fire awareness really not needed.
