Concise summary

Clear graphics and communication

good quality production

I appreciated the good production values of this course. The brief recap questions after each section were also good for holding my interest. I noticed that the advice on smoke alarms doesn't completely reflect new legislation in Scotland, where alarms with replaceable batteries are no longer legal (they must be either mains-wired, or of the 10-year disposable type).

Crashed several times

Crashed repeatedly during tuition and test and kept having to repeat parts and re-load to complete the test. Today was also first notification I had that training had expired last April

Basic, but engaging and a good reminder

Well laid out and engaging website and course. The different presenters and styles added to the training and stopped possible boredom/lethargy. The content was basic and mainly common sense, but a useful reminder of the responsibilities when working from home and how to try and avoid issues occurring.

Very useful course

Thought it was well delivered, on point, clear and easily understood.
