The use of analogies was really helpful in embedding the rules and reasons into my memory for future use. Clear, precise delivery in simple language and accompanied by great graphics to help cement the guidelines in the every day work environment.

Engaging and interesting
Having done many variations of GDPR training in the past, this ranks as one of the best in terms of engagement and interest. It is a difficult topic with many layers but as an introductory module it is clear, easy to understand and has relevant signposts to ensure that this is picked up further within your own organisation.

The GDPR course gives clear and concise delivery of the required information to understand GDPR, in manageable sections. There is a lot of information to absorb. The breakdown into smaller sections follows a very logical progression. This makes it easier to understand the different elements of the regulations and how they inter-relate. It's good to be able to review each section as you go along, and/or before taking the test. Thank you for making a complex but very important subject easier to understand and apply.

Straight to the facts !
The training taught me a lot of facts that you wouldn’t have known through every day life- and was delivered in easy to understand language.
Informative but overwhelming
Rather too much content with some modules taking longer to process than the allotted time and perhaps the GDPR not so relevant to an Usher in a theatre. Maybe more questions within the pre test section would help to break down the information into bite size pieces and reinforce the correct answers before taking the test finally. I made the mistake of trying to do it in one day instead over a few days but there was no indication or guidance on how to approach it all. It was quite overwhelming but immensely informative.
OK clear and concise, Head phones needed
Considering this is not the most existing subject the course is all right, it would be better if the sound volume was louder and if the format changed up or became more interactive at the 3/4 point when it became hard to concentrate.
