Freedom of Information Act Training (Audio Course) Reviews

I thought the content of the training was good but found it very difficult to concentrate with the audio only. It also meant that during the quiz it was impossible to go back and refresh information I wasn't sure about as there was no way of locating a particular piece of information. I much prefer the interactive online style of course which iHasco have used for other mandatory training modules.

I appreciated the course, but found that afterwards I was unable to reopen the course detail for reference as a guide to current reference. To find the detail needed I had to accept that my recently obtained pass marks would be cancelled and I would have to sit the course again. Thus I referred to other sources in order to satisfy my enquiry. Not as helpful as expected.
