I found the speaking a little fast at times, but I really appreciate having the subtitles. It made it much easier to follow along

As the subject is quite dry , maybe no need to include so much detail of the History of the FOI Act.

LOVED that I could read transcript
Thank you for allowing me to simply read the transcript! I learn better by reading and it lets me learn at my own pace and review easily. It's hard for me to focus when I need to listen to a voice speaking continually. Excellent course with quality questions for the test.
