Very clear and concise.
A clear and easy to understand course. Covered all of the topics I need to know as a food handler. Great examples and clear demonstration of the activities you need to do in order to keep food safe. I have done this course a number of times now and it is the first time I have understood what a spore is and how it can survive heating and chilling.
