Food Safety and Hygiene Training – Level 2 Reviews

The course was good and thorough but having watched 48 talks in short succession the test questions weren't always worded how i'd expect them. I felt tripped up on one, and another i felt was irrelevant for level 2, so had not obviously not listened properly! I felt there were more important questions that should have been asked? It was useful to have the extras such as the cleaning schedules to download and the emphasis on more training.

I quite enjoyed it and there were certainly some things I didn't know and it has improved what we already do.
