A lot to take in
Interesting and informative although a lot of the course is common sense and good manners. Keeping clean, healthy and aware of risks to do with food preparation etc.

Quite a lot to take in for one test at the end , especially if you listen to it at different times. U could consider doing a test at the end of each section?
