Covered the basic necessities
I found a slight discrepancy as to whether HACCP was needed for Level 2 or only for Level 3, it stated Level 2 during the Course but when I clicked on the link to HACCP it stated it was for Level 3. Could you please clarify

This is an excellent course. The presentation, presenters and navigation through the course are first class. The test was pretty tough, and fair enough!

The right course for me.
The course was clear and at a good 'pace'. You could re-visit each section if needed. The short clips were easy to follow and helpful.

Useful course in bitesize chunks.
An interesting course which taught me a number of lessons to implement at home. I will feel much more confident that when I prepare food at the shelter it will be both safe and nutritious.
