Clear concise training and instruction
The instructors speak clearly and pictures, diagrams and photos are included which helps students to understand exactly what is being taught. The whole course is divided into short sections which make it easy to take in and remember. Thank you
Very insightful and great for anyone who works with food
This course was genuinely useful for me and anyone who works with food every day. I knew alot of the facts anyway, but I feel more confident handling food and daily tasks at work as a result. The course was quite in-depth, so a good one to take.
