I learned so much about food hygiene whilst completing the Level 2 course. I knew some of the information already, however, it is an excellent opportunity to refresh my memory and learn new information too.

It has actually broadened my scope on food hygiene and safety
this course, not only makes sense, but is easy to follow and understand. a key part of this is being able to see and listen to a human presenting the learning modules
