Food Hygiene Level 2 Training Course Reviews

I enjoyed the course, although it was perhaps more geared towards Restaurants and Food manufacturers, rather than helping in the Learning Opps kitchen. Still it was good to review and update my skills and I have learnt new information and had a chance to refresh safe practices that I can now share (where necessary) with the students that I help support.
