Good information about hygiene and covid
There was a lot of information that was not directly relevant to my job however it was very interesting and enhanced my understanding.

One of the slides where the chef is cutting up raw chicken on a red board; he then puts the chopping board AND sharp knife in the sink. Not good practise to put sharp knives in sinks.
It seemed to be very thorough
There could have been more questions to answer but overall it seemed quite thorough

Learnt and reminded myself of controls and safe handling of food especially cross contamination. Section on fridge controls and where to place certain food groups in fridge was area I personally was not aware of . E Learning course was easy to follow and content communicated clearly, good that no time limits on each section or tests which allow you to fully understand and take in all information
Very straight forward and easy to follow
Good training course to do. It helps to make us aware of the importance of Food Safety and Hygiene even around our own homes and the basic precautions that need to be thought of when dealing with food.
