nice and easy.
In my exprience i had a easy time accessing and completing the food and hygiene training. I highly recommend others to complete this test as it shows the hygiene and safety rules that you should follow in the kitchen.

Rather a long course.
I found the content interesting. Some content was more applicable to people working in food preparation as their main role. It was hard going trying to remember information not Relevant to my role in case it was in the assessment.

Very detailed information.
Quite alot to take in all at once. You could do a test half way through and the at the end aswell.
