For internet learning I actually enjoyed it.very good

For online learning – the course was very good, to the point and interesting.

Although there are 14 main allergens there is potential for any food to be an allergen to some people and your course does not recognise this. Also you have no mention of HACCP

An excellent learning tool but felt that too much emphasis was put on the working within a part of an organisation/business. Some of course not appropriate to my role. says takes 70 mins, took me much longer, but that could be because I do it properly and dont skip items.

I found this training to be very thorough and relevant to my role. I think it was good to have the videos and the transcripts available and other resources so that you could take notes and that format would help different learners. I liked that you could do it in part or all at once to suit own time constraints.

Easy, clearly, good tools, make learning interesting, good sources of information, perfect timing. I highly recommend.
