I think it would be better with a few more questions to answer during the slides as it was hard to keep my attention going just watching the slides.
Easy to follow
I am fairly useless on a computer but this went very easily. The content was well presented, frequent summaries questions, for checking your understanding and then the final test, actually tested your knowledge rather than the ability to just pick the correct answer.

the course is based on general common sense when handling food and is useful at home, work if that applies and in other situations where food is being served or prepared.
