Easy to follow and sticks in the memory
Designed for workers in industrial kitchens. As usual the circumstances presented are rather idealised. One particular point that struck me was the suggestion that ventilation ductwork should be taken down and cleaned once a month. This is frankly absurd. There are well-established techniques for cleaning ductwork in situ and it should definitely not be taken down. The questions struck me as rather too easy to guess.
I award the course 5 stars.
The course was well presented and very informative. I like way it was broken down into sections, which helped with retaining important information. I would recommend this course.

It goes a bit fast!
It is well subdivided. It's good that there is the option to listen to each section again. I had to for several of the sections as I felt I hadn't taken in all the relevant points first time round. The exam part was well done, I thought – such a help having time to think about the answers.

A very informative and interesting course. But found it hard to listen to 37 videos straight off and then have the 20 multi choice questions. Feel it would have been better to have the questions brocken up and inserted between some of the videos.
