Good information with a room for improvement
Information regarding food allergens should be reviewed and updated regularly e.g., it was mentioned that gluten is contained in wheat-based products. This is partially true. There are different cereals containing gluten such as wheat, rye, barley, and oats (according to the FSA). Also, it would beneficial having more quiz questions during the course, ensuring the material is been 'digested' correctly.
