CONCISE AND TO THE POINT
I recognise that this training session is aimed at those persons who have previously attended first aid training HOWEVER I think it would be a good idea if ALL staff viewed the contents. If all they took away was the primary survey, DR ABC that would still be a positive result.

It was very well presented, & as a refresher course, exactly what was required as all the knowledge is already there its just reminding you.
Good to refresh
Good to have a quick refresh on what you have already learnt in the classroom. The subjects covered were ideal for a workplace environment and they help to jog the memory of what to do in various situations which you may come across.
Comprehensive and concise
I find iHasco trainings and resources easy to follow, well paced and visually pleasing.
Clear and informative
A very full course covering all aspects. I had to go back through some of the points a couple of times as the procedures were quite involved and I needed to make sure I had understood ad taken in everything properly.

Good course content
In the exam section of the course, as soon as you move the cursor over the answer, it immediately takes that as your answer, even when you are aiming the answer above. The system would be improved if you were able to select an answer and then click another button to register your answer.
