Informative, well structured and to the point. Refreshes all of the information provided in a First Aid at Work in person course, I would suggest that everybody within a workplace, whether they have previously had first aid training or not, should watch this as it could save a life.

I think refreshing training is essential , it is easy to forget about giving first aid in different situations as we don’t practice much at work place.
