The course was easy to understand and a great reminder of the key first aid skills. It kept things simple but informative, and I feel more confident in dealing with emergencies at work. A very useful refresher.

It was full an thorough and easy to follow.
I like the fact I could take it at my own pace and take notes as I went along. The demonstrations were clear and helpfu.
