A good refresher after taking the first aid course.
Very useful refresher
This course covered everything and gave effective summaries and demonstrations. The only thing I would say is that it definitely takes longer than 80 minutes!

It still includes ‘rescue breaths’, but studies have shown that chest compressions without breaths are of greater benefit.
Best course thats applicable anywhere
this course is so handy in all walks of life and one feels good when you have the know how to assist any casualty and also the course gives the confidence to assist
