I completed the Refresher Training in two parts and found the slide show very informative. The speakers had clear voice projection with tone . It was useful to press the back button to recap and ensure i had a full understanding of each component part before taking the summerative test. I am delighted to have a 100% score.

Easy to follow
A great course. Easy to follow & can be done in small manageable chunks.
A good appropriate course.
A suitable refresher course and very well presented. All aspects covered and explained in a clear and precise manner. Also extremely convenient to partake in as it can be organised around your every day working commitments.
Easy to follow
In the most part this was very well presented. Would have like more info on the Defibrillators , e.g. is there a national register, how do you find the nearest to your location, is there an app ?
