It wasn't interactive. It was a listening exercise for 30 mins. Not everyone's choice of learning method. I had 4 to do (which took over 2 hours) in my own time, after a long day at work.

An extremely well presented training course. Good graphics and clearly defined processes. the ability to go back and review the content as well as the ability to do further research is very useful.

Very useful and comprehensive information on dealing with fires
Very useful and comprehensive information on dealing with fires. It covers prevention along with how to plan evacuations followed by how to escape from a fire, how to fight a fire and with what type of fire extinguisher. The course provides very useful additional information including templates for evacuation plan documetation. Having experienced two minor electrical fires at work this course would have been very helpful.
